Final Mixing on Find a Place in Heaven
After two weeks of vocal recording and mixing, and nine months of production, The Rocket Stars first release is close to completion. Pictured is Peter Jensen in his Spicemix den, fixing the final transients on track one, "The King and Queen of Coal Town."

Coming Soon: The Rocket Stars First Release
Find a Place in Heaven will be released in early December 2014, and comprises three songs:
"The King and Queen of Coal Town," the story of the 1838 Huskar mining disaster, in which 26 children were killed when the mine flooded during a storm.
"Your Star (Will Always Shine)," a song of love, loss, and redemption on a lake in Wisconsin.
"A Carol for San Francisco" looks at the other side of the holiday season in one of the world's wealthiest cities, and a homeless woman named Janey.
Released iTunes, Amazon, and Bandcamp, the week of December 6th and other platforms soon after.
